By accessing or using this website (www.codeurdream.com), enrolling in any workshops, or purchasing any educational programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in a legally binding agreement between CodeUrDream ("Merchant", "we", "us", or "our") and the User ("you" or "your", which includes parents, legal guardians, and students).

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms by posting updates on our website.

1. Eligibility & Parental Consent

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing this platform as a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor student. If you enroll a student or child in any CodeUrDream workshop, course, or live session, you hereby confirm that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms and assume full responsibility for the student's participation.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" or "Website": Refers to www.codeurdream.com, its subdomains, student portals, and any affiliated virtual classrooms or interactive tools operated by CodeUrDream.
• "Services": Live interactive online coding workshops (including Python, Pygame, game development, and AI), 1-on-1 and cohort-based mentorship, coding curriculums, and digital learning resources.
• "Transaction": The order, enrollment, or registration placed by the User with CodeUrDream to purchase an educational workshop or course.
• "Transaction Amount": The fee paid by the User in connection with an enrollment or workshop (e.g., ₹999 for the 5-day Pygame workshop).
• "Payment Instrument": Includes UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or any payment method supported by our authorized payment gateway partners.

3. Services & Delivery Policy

All workshops, bootcamps, and courses offered by CodeUrDream are delivered digitally through live online interactive sessions (via Google Meet, Zoom, or designated virtual classroom platforms).

• Workshop schedules, joining links, and access credentials will be delivered to the email address or WhatsApp number provided by the User during registration.
• We do not sell or ship physical products. No physical shipping is required.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration (including parent name, student name, student grade/age, contact phone/WhatsApp number, and email address).

Students and parents agree to maintain decorum and respect during live online training sessions. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior in live classrooms may result in immediate suspension without refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Actions

All course materials, project codes, exercise sheets, graphics, UI components, and curriculum designs provided by CodeUrDream are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of CodeUrDream.

• You may not record, redistribute, resell, republish, or commercially exploit any live class recordings, proprietary materials, or source code without prior written consent from CodeUrDream.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disrupt, or introduce malicious scripts or unauthorized tools into the CodeUrDream platform.

6. Fees & Payment Disclaimer

By initiating a payment transaction, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase access to the specified educational program. All transactions must be funded through legitimate and lawful financial sources. Course fees are subject to our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeUrDream strives to provide high-quality coding instruction; however, educational outcomes and individual skill development depend on student effort, practice, and attendance. CodeUrDream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical interruptions, internet connectivity issues on the student's end, or third-party platform downtime (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, or payment gateway providers).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, transactions, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
